We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dynamics CRM Developer with expertise across the Microsoft Power Platform to join our team. In this role, you will develop solutions within Dynamics 365 and leverage Power Platform capabilities to enhance business processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for driving digital transformation.

This post is working an average of 36.25 hours per week Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and enhance our Dynamics CRM application to meet organisational needs.
  • Build, maintain, and optimise integrations between Dynamics 365 and other systems.
  • Develop and configure custom Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) to create business applications.
  • Implement and automate business processes using Power Automate.
  • Manage solution deployments, upgrades, and migrations for Dynamics CRM environments.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
  • Optimise CRM and Power Platform solutions through performance tuning and debugging.
  • Stay up to date with the latest Microsoft technologies, features, and best practices.
  • Provide support and training to end-users and other team members as needed.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Dynamics CRM Developer with a passion for technology and business transformation. The ideal candidate will have:

Technical Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in Dynamics CRM development, configuration, and administration.
  • Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 architecture, plugins, workflows, and customisations using C# and JavaScript.
  • Hands-on expertise in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse).
  • Experience building and maintaining Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps.
  • Knowledge of REST APIs, OData, and custom connector development.
  • Familiarity with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and SQL Server for data integration.
  • Experience working with data modelling, integrations, and workflow automation.
  • Understanding of Microsoft Power BI (desirable).

Soft Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
  • A team player who can collaborate effectively across different teams and mentor junior developers.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to improving systems and processes.
  • Experience working in the social care or healthcare sector (desirable).
